Road Construction

Our road superintendents/ foremen are knowledgeable in the many aspects of road construction. In an effort to minimize weather impacts throughout the grading operations; subgrade construction and base construction is performed in a manner that promotes positive drainage to help expedite the schedules. They are all familiar with the many variations of Florida soils, as well as the materials utilized for road construction. This allows them to make the right adjustments in procedure and materials to provide a product that is lasting and meets and/or exceeds the governing specifications. Their expertise includes the construction of stabilized subgrades, limerock bases, shell bases, aggregate bases, soil cement bases and asphalt bases. Armed with the latest technology in equipment, our road foremen work closely with our other onsite field supervision to provide our clients with a finished and acceptable product within time constraints of the project. Our Firm, Florida Soil Cement, LLC is one of the largest producers of soil cement in the state of Florida with three (3) full time portable pugmill plants.
