Although we have the latest, state of the art computers with e-mail and Internet, our administrative section still recognizes the importance of personal contact with our clients. KCC continues to have telephone receptionists instead of an automated phone answering system for personal contacts and responses. Our business group is supervised by on staff CPA's and supported by the latest, nationally known construction accounting software package. This allows KCC to closely monitor job cost progress and internal projections.
Our accounting personnel including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, purchasing and related, consists of no less than fifteen (15) dedicated full time employees to monitor and assist our services with our clients.
Our safety team consists of a full time, highly experienced Safety Director assisted by two additional, full time field operational and experienced safety employees as well as a staff clerical administrative assistant, all working to maintain the most safety-conscious work environment.
Our billingual HR director & staff have more than twenty (20) years personnel and related employment experience with numerous professional credentials.
