In October of 2002 Kearney Development Company, Inc. completed the site work and underground utilities for this 99 acre commercial project. The Auction Site is located at 700 Ritchie Road, Davenport Florida. The Facility opened in 2003 and has an average of four auctions per year.
Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers conducts over 140 unreserved industrial auctions every year and sells through unreserved public auctions a broad range of used and unused industrial equipment including equipment utilized in the construction, transportation, material handling and agricultural industries.
The Owner's Representative, Rodda Construction Corporation, 2128 East Edgewood Drive, Suite 109 Lakeland, Florida 33803, worked closely with Kearney Development Company, Inc. to provide milestone dates for completion of certain items to allow for construction of the refurbished building before January 2002. The $3.1 Million site work and underground utilities construction included breakdowns for the different areas of roadways. Kearney Development also offered two different products for furnishing and installing Geotextile Fabric on top of compacted subgrade in the roadway areas that presently specified with a crushed granite finish course.
